Accuracy and attribution
We do not invent buyers, interviews, testimonials, results, quotes, modules, or product features. Personal memories are presented as memories. Current product details are checked against available primary sources and dated when appropriate.
Experience labels
A product is labeled Personally Tested only when the writer used it. A product is labeled Community Researched when conclusions come from documented public experiences rather than firsthand use.
Pen names and privacy
Daniel Mercer is a pen name used to protect the writer’s personal and family privacy. It does not represent a fabricated biography. The experiences attributed to the writer are real and anonymized.
Affiliate relationships
An affiliate relationship does not determine the conclusion of a review. If a link can generate a commission, or if a vendor provided complimentary access, we disclose that relationship visibly.
Corrections and updates
When we discover a material error, we correct it. When a product changes substantially, we may update the article and its “Last Researched” date. Editorial revisions may clarify old language, remove unsupported claims, or distinguish an earlier version from the current offer.
